5.2 We use AI to enhance learning experiences, automate tasks, and generate personalised sales training content. This may include simulating coaching conversations, drafting content, or adapting modules based on learner needs.

5.3 We are committed to human-centred AI. AI-generated outputs used in client-facing materials are reviewed by qualified team members. We do not use AI to make automated decisions that significantly affect individuals’ rights without meaningful human oversight. We conduct Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs) and maintain records of processing where required.

5.4 AI-generated outputs may contain inaccuracies or reflect unintended bias. All AI-generated insights, text, and simulations are intended to support, not replace, professional judgement and human expertise.

5.5 You may not use our AI-generated content to impersonate others, mislead audiences, or alter AI outputs in a way that leads to discrimination, bias, or reputational harm. Repurposing our AI outputs requires our explicit permission and proper attribution.
